How do I make payments?
Our payment system is integrated with flutterwave for ease of payments. However, you can also pay cash, and also do bank transfers. This particularly applies to walk in patients.
How do I know that my booking is successful?
You will get a succesful booking message.
If you do not get a message, you can send us a direct mail to hello@rhf.com.ng with booking as the subject of your email.
We respond as soon as possible.
How do I know that my payment is successful?
You will get a successful payment notification.
What do I do if I miss my appointment?
We will reschedule the appointent for you at the earliest possible time.
